In order to further improve the fire safety awareness and emergency evacuation ability of all staff, our company held a fire emergency evacuation drill in the first half of the year on the afternoon of May 31st. The employees of all departments actively participated in this exercise and jointly contributed to the construction of a safe and harmonious working environment. On the day of the drill, the L8 line staff of the production department simulated the short circuit of the heating vehicle and the sudden fire according to the predetermined plan. The fire spread rapidly and the smoke billowed, which seriously threatened the lives of personnel. Upon hearing the fire report, the supervisor of this line immediately organized the on-site staff to dispose of the initial fire, evacuate personnel and report to the safety section urgently.

In this drill, representatives of various departments set up a drill supervision team to deal with the initial fire of the simulated fire on site (1. Report to the supervisor in time after finding the fire; 2. The supervisor immediately reports to the safety section after receiving the alarm, and organizes on-site personnel to use fire extinguishers to deal with the initial fire; 3. Simulate the evacuation of line personnel after receiving evacuation instructions), give guidance and evaluation, and monitor the whole process of the drill.

Director Gan Qiantao, deputy commander, received the report and issued an emergency evacuation alarm according to the Company's Emergency Preparedness and Response Procedure. The "119" Fire Center turned on the emergency evacuation broadcast alarm in the factory area. As the alarm sounded, employees of all departments quickly evacuated to the outdoor emergency assembly point in an orderly manner according to the evacuation route. The heads of all departments immediately counted the personnel, and the on-site commander summarized the number of drills of all departments, and reported the related problems found in the evacuation drill to CEO Mr. Chen Ruichun, the chief commander of the site, and concentrated on commenting and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of this drill.

Through this drill, employees can know more about the dangers of fire and master the emergency escape route, which has laid a solid foundation and guarantee for the company's safety production.
